Back from the project!!

In Puno back from the project, having the most amazing time!! Got on so well with the kids there, and formed my own little posse of football fanatics, beat jonnys team 5-0! Had another match with the local mens team, lost a respectable 5-4, still good!! Really starting to get to grips with the altitude and the culture, fingers crossed, havent been ill yet!! Everyone is getting on really well with each other, better than i expected, and we all have such a laugh in the evening, especially at jonnys Mr Witt humor. The weather is fantastic, i´m quite liking desert living!! Starting to get a tan already :D So far it had been fantastic, and with 4 nights in Cusco, the Inca capital and most beautiful city in Peru to look forward to tomorrow, things can only get better!! The only drawback is the bus travel, everywhere is so far away!! Then its the super trek, 8 days without a proper shower isnt going to be fun, but im sure the hot springs on day 5 will be sufficient!! All clothes are clean (for now) and we are staying in a nice hostel, Don Victors, and he is really cool. Arequipa was also lovely, the markets are fantastic. Looking forward to tomorrow when we get to visit the market here in Puno, i think its about time i bought some presents, dont you? Missing you all, especially all my home boys!! Another post in about a week!! xx
